RotorTech – Brisbane, Australia (6 May 2026) – Bell Textron Inc., a Textron Inc. (NYSE: TXT) company, highlights its commitment to Australia at RotorTech 2026, the country’s premier vertical flight exposition, by showcasing the Bell 429. Designed with precision, versatility, and advanced technology, the Bell 429 is redefining airborne operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and mission success.

The Bell 429 sets the standard for multi-mission capability. Whether it is for corporate transport, helicopter emergency medical services (HEMS), or law enforcement operations, the aircraft combines speed, range, and instrument flight rules (IFR) capability with unmatched flexibility, safety, and durability. In addition, it also features a fully integrated glass cockpit.

Agencies across the globe have already embraced Bell 429 as a critical asset in their operations, especially in the law enforcement sector. Notable operators include New South Wales Police, Queensland Police, and the Royal Thai Police. Its ability to adapt to diverse missions, combined with its superior performance, makes it a trusted partner in protecting communities and maintaining public safety.

“Bell is committed to supporting operators with innovative solutions that enhance their operational capabilities,” said Daniel McQuestin, Bell’s business development director for Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Rim. “As our customers face increasingly complex challenges, the Bell 429 remains a trusted ally in ensuring mission success and it is also a testament of Bell’s dedication to providing reliable, efficient, and mission-ready aircraft.”

Just recently, Bell announced that it has successfully signed purchase agreements for three Bell 429s in the United Kingdom and Estonia. Earlier in the year, Nakanihon Air Co., Ltd. (NNK), one of Japan's largest helicopter operators, has also signed a purchase agreement for two additional Bell 429 aircraft to support helicopter emergency medical services.

The Bell 429 continues to set the standard for law enforcement helicopters, offering unparalleled performance, versatility, and safety. With over 500 Bell 429s operating worldwide, the platform has consistently demonstrated its value in demanding missions and challenging environments.
