Bell is proud to recognize Glenn Isbell on his appointment to the Task Force on Modernizing Manufacturing, a Texas initiative.
Bell is proud to recognize Glenn Isbell, the vice president of Prototyping, on the appointment to the Texas Task Force on Modernizing Manufacturing, a Texas initiative established under the leadership of Governor Greg Abbott.
Consisting of 15 members, this advisory body is charged with studying and recommending strategies to support modernization across small, mid-sized and large manufacturers in Texas.
Isbell, who marked his 30th service anniversary at Bell this year, is currently responsible for defining new materials and manufacturing processes that integrate within the digital design capabilities that produce Bell’s next-generation products. He works to accelerate this by deploying integrated systems and developing the prototyping and test infrastructure required to shorten new product development cycle times.
“It’s an honor to be appointed to this task force and to represent Bell among other industry leaders,” said Isbell. “I look forward to having meaningful dialogue and proposing strong solutions that will increase our manufacturing capabilities in Texas.”
Isbell’s appointment will strengthen Bell’s presence in key policy conversations as the company continues to make major strides in prototyping, advanced manufacturing technologies and the acceleration of MV-75 production.
