In June 2025, Bell welcomed more than 200 interns across the business. Traveling from over 51 universities, interns worked in locations in Fort Worth and Amarillo, Texas, Johnson City, Tennessee, Coventry, Rhode Island and Washington D.C., supporting 19 different business functions ranging from supply chain to engineering.
During their 10 weeks in Bell’s internship program, interns had the opportunity to work alongside career professionals and carry out real-world projects to support Bell’s business. Not only do interns gain hands-on experience, but they have access to networking and mentorship programs that provide guidance to early career professionals.

“I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do after high school- and that led me to join the Navy serving for 10 plus years. Joining the Navy as an Aviation Machinist’s Mate was my first step into the incredible world of naval aviation. While balancing full time service and online classes, my schedule was hectic, and discipline was paramount. When I saw Bell’s Supply Chain internship, something about that red and white dragonfly logo caught my eye. I wanted real-world experience with helicopters and a chance to explore a new part of the country. What I didn’t expect was how deep Bell’s impact in the helicopter industry really is- and how much I would learn from the dedicated, knowledgeable people here.”
“During my time at Bell, I’ve gained valuable technical skills particularly in computational fluid dynamics and 3D modeling and design. In school, these skills are often taught in theory, but Bell gave me an opportunity to apply them to real world problems. I’ve also improved my soft skills, especially confidence. One aspect I’ve enjoyed most about working at Bell is the strong sense of community. From day one, I’ve felt welcomed and supported by colleagues who are always willing to help, share knowledge and provide support. Being part of this environment has helped me feel like I am part of a team that wants to see each other succeed.”
“Last year was the first internship of my career, and Bell being my introduction into the working world was a huge blessing. I’ve grown immensely throughout my two internships here, both as an engineer and a person. Every time I am at work I feel like I’m surrounded by a family and seeing that comradery in the working world has affected how I feel about work itself. The people in Amarillo are some of the best people you’ll ever meet, and both times that I’ve been here, I’ve never felt like I don’t belong, or that I’m an outsider.”
