New Luxury Bell 429 Completes Flight Demonstration Tour in South America
The Bell 429 retrofitted with its brand-new Designer Series interior has completed a flight demonstration tour in Latin America, hosting more than 20 demonstration flights to prospective customers eager to experience its latest advancements in technology and safety-enhancing features.
“The Bell 429 is a highly sought out platform for our customers in Latin America. Its ample cabin space, intuitive displays, and increased horsepower makes it ideal for those navigating diverse landscapes across the region,” said John Ramos, managing director, Latin America.
Stopping at rotorcraft facilities in Chile, Argentina, and Brazil, the demonstration tour attracted hundreds of prospective customers across the defense, public safety, and corporate industries to stop and experience the flight demonstrations.
“We are receiving positive feedback from customers on the Bell 429’s maintenance performance and our premier aftermarket support services. The 429 demo tour highlights Bell’s vast customer base and its high demand for Bell products across the region,” added Ramos.
Equipped with the familiar aerial capabilities of the Bell 429, the platform’s new Designer Series interior offers an enhanced console design, aft storage compartment, and improved interior design offerings.
To kick-start the tour, the Bell 429 Designer Series touched down for the first time in Latin America where it was on-display during FIDAE 2024 in Santiago, Chile.
The launch of the tour comes following Bell’s sweeping success in Latin America with over 850 operators and nearly 1,400 commercial aircraft in service across the region.
