Forbes Recognizes Bell Textron Canada as One of the Country’s Top Employers
Forbes has named 300 companies as Canada’s Best Employers for 2021, and Bell’s Canadian organization, Bell Textron Canada Ltd., ranked 40 overall! Regarded for its design, manufacturing, testing, certification and delivery contributions to Bell’s commercial segment, the company also earned second in the Aerospace and Defense industry.

While Bell and Textron have had a footprint in Canada for decades, in 2021 Bell Textron Canada Ltd. celebrates the 35th year of its inception as a manufacturing and delivery center in Mirabel, Quebec. With more than 1,300 employees across the country, Bell Textron Canada serves customers across the globe with exceptional aircraft and services. To date, the company has built more than 5,200 commercial helicopters and delivered more than 1,000 aircraft to Canadian customers.
The company continues to make incredible strides in innovative initiatives, recently testing a new Autonomous Pod Transport alternate configuration. This technology demonstrator is co-funded by the Canadian Technology Demonstration Program (TDP), which allows Bell to test new technologies that promote advances in autonomy and electric propulsion.
