Bell Wins Four More Comparably Best Places to Work Awards
Bell brought home four more Comparably Best Place to Work awards in the fourth quarter of 2020. Based on Comparably’s survey feedback, which is gathered anonymously, we are among the Top 50 large U.S. companies for Best Company Culture, Best CEOs, Best Companies as Rated By Female Employees, and Best Companies as Rated by Diverse Ethnicity Employees.

Our employees shared their feedback about Bell’s culture on Comparably’s website, taking the time to comment on our top leaders and CEO Mitch Snyder. One employee noted, “The executive leadership team has diversity of thought, and each leader cares and is personally engaged in achieving Bell's vision. Our CEO is a servant leader and sets a great example of how to empower and motivate people.”
Another employee cited Snyder’s vision, stating that “he leads a strong vision but has an executable plan. Above all, he puts people first and his servant leadership approach trickles down to cultivate a values-driven, high-performing organization.”

About Bell
Thinking above and beyond is what we do. For more than 85 years, we’ve been reimagining the experience of flight – and where it can take us.
We are pioneers. We were the first to break the sound barrier and to certify a commercial helicopter. We were a part of NASA’s first lunar mission and brought advanced tiltrotor systems to market. Today, we’re defining the future of advanced air mobility.
Headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas – as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Textron Inc., – we have strategic locations around the globe. And with nearly one quarter of our workforce having served, helping our military achieve their missions is a passion of ours.
Above all, our breakthrough innovations deliver exceptional experiences to our customers. Efficiently. Reliably. And always, with safety at the forefront.
