The stakes are high, and the challenges are countless, but brave healthcare workers and helicopter operators are on the frontlines combating COVID-19. These individuals are putting themselves at risk every day to help save lives.

National Airways Corporation (NAC) based in Johannesburg, South Africa is the largest general aviation company in Africa and one of the largest of its kind in the world. NAC is also an emergency and mission-critical helicopter provider. Its helicopter emergency medical services (HEMS) operation is greatly impacting the community during this global pandemic. Over the last 30 years, NAC has been a loyal Bell customer, operating Bell 407s and Bell 206s to help with its missions. Today, the medical personnel and helicopter maintenance staff continue to aid and transport patients amidst a global crisis.

Bell would like to thank the NAC crew and all of our customers out on the front lines for serving communities all over the world. We are proud to have them operating our aircraft to battle this pandemic.
