每周7天每天24小时,我们的客户支持团队马不停蹄地确保每位客户的飞机都可以得到及时且超出预期的维护服务。过去两年有余,CAP(Customer Advantage Plans)计划向贝尔的客户们提供了言简意赅的维护报价方案。加入CAP计划后,所有客户均可享受“明码标价”的维护方案,并在全球各地的贝尔授权服务中心以极具竞争力的价格使用循环航材备件池中的配件。此外,我们专注于提升产品和服务质量的提升。CAP计划提供行业领先的保修期限,其保修时间最长可达3年或2000飞行小时,并享受长达3年的工时费索赔权益。CAP计划现已延伸至全球各个角落,加拿大的贝尔505客户无一例外全部加入了CAP计划。近期,印度尼西亚运营商PT Travira的贝尔412机队也加入了CAP计划。
