贝尔加速构筑中国空中医疗救援网络

陕西西安(2019523日)-  由贝尔直升机、陕直股份和陕西省人民医院联合主办,为期两周的首期空中医疗服务(AMS)培训演习今日正式落幕,在闭幕暨结业仪式上,贝尔直升机表示公司将进一步携手中国合作伙伴加速中国空中医疗救援网络的建设,为中国提供安全、高效、经济、可持续发展的航空医疗服务解决方案。

 

本次培训演习是中国境内率先进行的科学、系统化直升机医疗救援培训项目,来自贝尔以及美国主要航空医疗服务运营商Med-Trans的专家顾问基于理论研讨、桌面模拟、静态模拟以及实景模拟,向超过50位学员介绍了航空安全实践与文化、医疗转运的功能和职责、转运计划和决断、机组资源管理以及飞行生理学等内容。此外,本次培训和演习还率先引入了跨专业流程管理模块,首次将救援紧急响应、医疗护理、签派放行和航空飞行等跨专业内容有机结合,从而创造安全高效,同时适合中国发展的航空医疗救援标准。

航空医疗救援能够显著降低病患的死亡率,提高救治结果。目前,美国共有超过1200架民用涡轴直升机服务于3.2亿本土人口;中国则目前仅有不足100架民用涡轴直升机服务于14亿本土人口。由此可见,中国空中医疗救援网络的建设亟待加速。2019年3月, 国家卫计委和中国民航局联合印发了《航空医疗救护联合试点工作实施方案》,统筹推动空中医疗救援在中国的发展。贝尔将进一步支持中国建设空中医疗救援网络,为社会提供高水平的健康关怀服务。
